Grand Purwakarta City (2022) is a large-scale residential development located in Purwakarta, owned by PT Arrayan Nusantara Pembangunan and supported by PT Colliers International Indonesia. In this project, the team contributed as an EDGE Expert, guiding the design and planning process toward meeting international sustainability standards. The development successfully achieved EDGE Preliminary Certified – Advanced, reflecting its strong commitment to energy efficiency, water conservation, and responsible material use across the masterplan.
