BK Rorotan Social Housing (2023) is a government-led development located in Jakarta, owned by the Jakarta Raya Local Government and supported by PT Bina Karya. The project focuses on providing sustainable social housing and involved the team as an EDGE Auditor, ensuring compliance with green building standards. Through this process, the project successfully achieved EDGE Preliminary Certification, reflecting its commitment to energy-efficient and environmentally responsible design.
