FIRTHAI (2025) is a sustainable interior development project located in Bangkok, owned by DSM Fermich and supported by Acromec Engineers. The team is involved as LEED ID+C AP, guiding the project through the LEED Interior Design and Construction framework to ensure high standards of energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and responsible material use. The certification process is currently ongoing, reflecting the project’s commitment to achieving a globally recognized sustainable interior environment.
