AIA Office Building (2013 and 2021) is a sustainable development project located in DKI Jakarta, owned by PT Selaras Properti Indo and supported by PT Asdi Swasatya. As Greenship Professionals, the team contributed to ensuring the building met the rigorous requirements of the Greenship rating system. Through this involvement, the project successfully achieved Greenship NB Certified and EB Certified status, demonstrating strong commitment to environmentally responsible building performance across both new building and existing building categories.
