Kantor Satelit Badan Intelijen Nasional IKN (2023) is a major government facility development located in Ibu Kota Nusantara, owned by Kemenhan–BIN and overseen by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR). The team is involved in supporting the Green Building Certification process, ensuring the project aligns with national sustainable building standards. The certification work is currently ongoing, reflecting the project’s commitment to implementing environmentally responsible design and construction practices for Indonesia’s new capital.
