Sudirman 7.8 (2020) is a sustainable commercial development located in DKI Jakarta, owned by KSO PT Mass Sarana Motorama and PT Saptanadia Maju, with PT Asdi Swasatya engaged for technical support. The team contributed as Greenship Professionals, guiding the project through Indonesia’s Greenship New Building rating system. Through this involvement, the project successfully achieved Greenship NB Certified status, demonstrating strong commitment to energy efficiency, environmental performance, and green building best practices.
