Andre graduated from Stanford University in 2007 with Master Degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduated, he had an experience working as Lighting System Application Engineer at International Rectifier, El Segundo, California. His main responsibility was to develop electronic circuit ballast and driver for various lighting fixtures.

He is currently Director of PT Asdi Swasatya, an MEP Engineering Design Consultant firm, where he managed many large scale or international-level projects including IFC2 tower, PGP Tower and Pertamina Energy Tower. His speciality lies in the design of building electrical services, electronic and communication. He is also recently involved in data-center and mission critical-building design for international client.

As an engineering consultant, Andre has also involved in various exciting green building projects ranging from buildings to interior projects/under different certification rating tool: Greenship, Green Mark, LEED and EDGE. Andre is also actively involved in advancing green building practice through his involvement in Green Building Council Indonesia as trainer for Energy Efficiency, Testing Commissioning and Lighting subject. He also acted as an Expert Associate for the Green Building Council of Indonesia in formulating the Greenship Net Zero Healthy rating tool. In 2022, he cofounded PT Ganrit Nityasa Harita, a sustainability consultant which specializes in Green Building certification, building assessment & performance enhancement, and sustainability reporting.
