Ika earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Indonesia in 2010. After graduation, she worked as a Rating Analyst at the Green Building Council Indonesia from 2015 to 2017. Her main responsibilities included research and development of Green Building Rating Tools, serving as a verifier and trainer for Green Building Professional Training, verifying document submissions, and conducting workshops and exercises for building project teams and all stakeholders.

From 2017 to 2018, she served as a Rating Supervisor at the Green Building Council Indonesia. From 2018 to 2023, she worked as a GREENSHIP Certification Officer at PT Sertifikasi Bangunan Hijau, responsible for conducting verification and technical reviews to ensure project compliance with GREENSHIP Rating Tools standards. In 2024, she joined PT Ganriti Nityasa Harita as a Projects Manager, a position she holds to this day.
